Lily Copley joined Capitol Advantage in 2022 while obtaining her master’s degree at UNC Chapel Hill. Lily attended Ole Miss from 2017 to 2021 and graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Public Policy. She then attended the UNC School of Government, where she worked as a researcher, and obtained her Master’s in Public Administration in May of 2023.

Lily has honed her skills across a diverse background of public and private institutions. She worked for the Hughes campaign in Mississippi, and for Mississippi First, a K-12 education nonprofit based out of Jackson, MS. While attending UNC Chapel Hill, she worked for the Department of Public Instruction with the Government Affairs office before joining Capitol Advantage Associates. Lily’s interests are multifaceted, but her passions include education, technology and healthcare.
